Stylish European hooded cape/poncho- Outer layer is made from Donegal herringbone wool tweed and the inside hood and cape is lined with knit, soft, Merino wool- Attached hood, decorative front metal frog clasp, and decorative non-working button holds side panels into a sleeve slot for the arm- A very warm and comfortable cape to wear over any outfit (Like a sweater and cape in one!)
